The Placement Cell at ATDC National Head Office plays a pivotal role between the industry and the student community through meaningful interaction to bring awareness to the faculty and the students and prepare them according to the changing demands of the industry. It is also responsible for identifying the right candidate for the organization by inviting reputed companies from both export and domestic sector by organizing Rozgar Melas and placement drives to conduct campus interviews for recruitment of students and thus providing a constructive feedback.
ATDC network has a strong linkage with key Apparel Manufacturers and Exporters through AEPC’s Apparel Industry Members over 8000 registered manufacturers.
The Key to the success of ATDC Skill Development initiative has been gainful employment of trained candidates and mobilization of candidates through motivational workshops, awareness camps and State Govt. & Industry Bhagidari.
