ATDCcentres have adopted Gap P.A.C.E. program as one of its important life & soft skill training alongside the domain training. Looking into it impact on students trained under P.A.C.E. and their effective performance in the industry over the past about 2 years, a delegation from ATDC headed by Chairman, ATDC (& AEPC), Sr. Vice-Chairman ATDC and DG & CEO ATDC and Sr. Officials involved inimplementation of the P.A.C.E proposal are on a study visit to the factories in Cambodia and Vietnam to witness the implementation and impact of the PACE program in enhancement of productivity and the workforce’s productive engagement with the manufacturing excellenceespecially that of women workforce.

Pre & Post Assessment on Evaluation by Trainers gave positive feedback about improvement in general attributes like COMMUNICATION, INTERACTION, and REGULARITY& CONFIDENCE among students.
PLACEMENT IMPACT& INDUSTRIAL FEEDBACK:
While tracking students who have received training in P.A.C.E Modules and got placement, it is seen that M/s Shahi Exports have recruited maximum number from the P.A.C.E. trained group and were really impressed with student’s poise and confidence in comparison to that from other previous batches. The industrial culture has also been appreciated.
Students from ATDC Gurgaon have joined Must Garments Inc., Oman as QA – The Production head is happy with the P.A.C.E. trained candidates performance and have asked for another batch of students.

The top brass distributed the PA.C.E. Certificates & Pins to ATDC faculty members & interacted with the beneficiaries. They got to hear about the transformation students have undergone after the P.A.C.E. Training provided to them before joining the industry.
