In this combined role, you’ll be both a technical and operational leader. As a production engineer, you’ll study and introduce the right tools—like specialized folders, presser feet, or automation—to make production more efficient. As a production executive and supervisor, you’ll lead the team day-to-day, ensuring targets are met and workers are motivated. In your production planning role, you’ll coordinate orders, timelines, and resources, always seeking ways to cut costs and improve quality. You’ll have the freedom to innovate, working closely with management and the shop floor team to ensure the factory thrives. We understand that stepping into this multifaceted role is a journey.
