Machine Machanic

We are seeking a versatile mechanic responsible for both machine maintenance and precision setup in our garment factory. This role includes diagnosing and repairing sewing machines, conducting regular maintenance, and adjusting settings for operators, including installing and fine-tuning folders and attachments. Additionally, you’ll design simple jigs, patterns, or mechanical modifications to enhance production efficiency. While the focus is mechanical and operational, you’ll collaborate closely with the team to ensure all equipment and attachments run smoothly and are ready for our operators. No electrical work is required; this role is all about mechanical excellence.
