Merchandiser

Fashion Knits is expanding, and we are looking for a dedicated and proactive Merchandiser to join our team in Tirupur. ​In this role, you will be the vital bridge between our production floor and our buyers, ensuring seamless execution from the initial concept to the final shipment. ​Key Responsibilities: ​End-to-End Tracking: Oversee the complete lifecycle of all samples and bulk orders, managing every step from yarn procurement to final packing. ​Buyer Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for our buyers, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication regarding order statuses and approvals. ​Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with internal departments to ensure production timelines are met without compromising on quality. ​Data Management: Accurately update and maintain production data using our ERP software and Microsoft Excel. ​What We Are Looking For: ​Proven experience in garment merchandising. ​A strong, foundational understanding of the apparel production process (yarn to pack). ​Excellent communication and client relationship skills. ​Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic proficiency in navigating ERP software. ​A highly organized mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and keep production moving. ​📍 Location: Tirupur, Tamil Nadu 💼 Job Type: Full-time
