Mention and arrange what kind of machine will be used. 3. Set line and balance the line. 4. Time & motion study and follow up. 5. Making layouts form line setting. 6. Giving targets. 7. Giving new style requirement sheet to maintenance department. 8. Arranging machines & folders. 9. Guide in charge and supervise how to set a line to increase productivity. 10. Help in charge and supervisor in their day to day problem. 11. Garment Costing. 12. R&D for making Styles production friendly. 13. Maintaining quality standards. 14. Achieve daily targets using different IE techniques. 15. Coordinate with PPC department.  Planned what style will be load, what line and give SAM.  Clear quantity issues with QA and with their managers.
