Production Supervisor

We are hiring a Production Supervisor for a kidswear garments manufacturing company. Candidates must have prior experience in the garments industry and should be capable of handling production coordination, line follow-up, buyer requirements, and external QC coordination. ### Responsibilities * Supervising daily production activities and ensuring target achievement * Coordinating between cutting, printing, stitching, finishing, and packing departments * Following up on production planning, WIP, and dispatch schedules * Handling buyer requirements and coordinating with external QC teams * Monitoring quality standards and reducing production delays * Maintaining production reports and updates in Excel/ERP systems * Managing manpower, line balancing, and workflow on the factory floor ### Requirements * Prior experience in garments manufacturing is mandatory * Experience working with buyers and external QC teams required * Basic computer knowledge and Excel skills required * Good communication and coordination skills * Ability to handle production pressure and factory operations efficiently Location: Kolkata Industry: Garments Manufacturing (Kidswear)
