Position: Assistant Production Manager Department: Garments & Home Furnishing Company: Block Print Company Location: Sanganer, Jaipur Experience Required: 8–10 years (Garments & Home Furnishing – Export House) Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month Joining: Immediate Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Assistant Production Manager to oversee production operations in our Garment and Home Furnishing Department. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in export-oriented production and a strong understanding of fabric, stitching, finishing, and quality control processes. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise day-to-day production activities across stitching, finishing, and packing units. • Ensure production timelines and delivery schedules are met as per buyer requirements. • Coordinate with merchandisers, quality teams, and sampling units for smooth workflow. • Monitor manpower productivity and maintain production efficiency. • Handle job work units, cutting plans, and order follow-ups. • Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with buyer specifications. • Track material consumption, wastage, and inventory at various stages. • Prepare and share daily/weekly production reports with management. Requirements: • 8–10 years of proven experience in production for garments and home furnishing (export house background preferred). • Strong leadership, planning, and team management skills. • Good knowledge of fabrics, trims, and printing techniques. • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple orders simultaneously. • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
