Merchant Trainee

🧭 About the Role As a Trainee Merchant, you'll work hand-in-hand with senior merchandisers, buyers, and suppliers to ensure our products move seamlessly from concept to shelf. This role offers hands-on exposure to every stage of the merchandising cycle — a great foundation for building a lasting career with Sarita Handa 🛠️ What You'll Do • 🔄 Work within internal merchant teams to ensure order fulfilment - from fabric delivery to finished goods • 🎯 Liaise with buyers, design, and sourcing teams to keep development on track • 💻 Purchase order entry & indenting for fabric, packing material & accessories in ERP • 📁 Create Production & QA files, build & update Time & Action trackers for every order • ✅ Ensure all documentation & approvals are in place for smooth order processing
