CAD Designer

Role Summary: We are looking for a Fresher CAD Designer to join our exports team. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or diploma holders passionate about textile design and CAD software to launch their careers. Job Accountabilities: • Assist in creating and preparing print designs under guidance. • Learn to develop colourways in Photoshop based on client mood boards. • Support senior designers in executing CAD designs while understanding technical limitations (textures, colour matching). • Gain proficiency in colour separation and file preparation for digital, table screen, rotary, and block prints. • Participate in colour matching processes using plotter and Pantone references. • Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and sampling targets. • Shadow experienced designers during production supervision at printing units (as needed).
