We’re Hiring: Textile Designer – Women Empowerment & Rural Production Local2Global Mart Private Limited is looking for a passionate and experienced Female Textile Designer who can combine creativity, traditional craftsmanship and social impact. The selected candidate will work closely with rural women artisans, train them in textile-based skills, develop market-oriented products and support the complete production process. What we are looking for: * Minimum 2 years of experience in textile designing, artisan-based production or the social sector * Strong knowledge of hand embroidery and traditional textile crafts * Experience in organic and traditional printing techniques * Good understanding of stitching, garment construction and product development * Ability to train rural women and artisan groups * Experience in sampling, quality control and production supervision * Ability to develop trend-based and market-ready products * Strong communication, leadership and training skills We are looking for a passionate woman professional who wants to use her design skills to create sustainable livelihood opportunities for rural women.
