QC Checker – Ready Goods Inspection (Garments)

• Conduct 100% inspection of ready garments as per buyer quality requirements. • Check garments for defects, measurements, workmanship, and finishing quality. • Identify and segregate defective pieces. • Prepare daily DHU (Defects per Hundred Units) reports and maintain quality records. • Ensure only approved quality products move for packing/dispatch. • Report major/repeated defects to QC Supervisor. • Support production and quality teams for defect reduction.
