QA EXECUTIVE– Woven Shirt Garment Manufacturing

• Monitor and control quality standards across all production processes. • Conduct regular line audits, process audits, and final quality audits. • Ensure compliance with buyer specifications, SOPs, and quality manuals. • Analyse quality issues and coordinate with Production & QC teams for corrective actions. • Monitor DHU (Defects per Hundred Units) and prepare quality performance reports. • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for repeated defects and implement preventive actions. • Verify inline, end-line, and finishing quality performance. • Ensure proper implementation of quality systems and procedures. • Support buyer inspections and internal audits. • Review inspection reports and maintain quality documentation. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and rework.
