Sampling Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities • Coordinate with the Design and Sampling teams for new sample development. • Understand sample requirements, designs, specifications and deadlines. • Coordinate with Embroidery, Handwork, Stitching, Cutting and other departments for sample execution. • Follow up on Chippkai, Turpai, Handwork, Embroidery and other sampling processes. • Maintain sample development records and status reports. • Ensure samples are completed within the given timeline. • Coordinate for sample corrections and modifications as per requirements. • Follow up on fabric, trims, accessories and other materials required for sampling. • Maintain proper sample-wise records and documentation. • Coordinate with Production for conversion of approved samples into bulk production. • Prepare daily/weekly sampling follow-up reports. • Ensure proper quality and finishing of samples before submission/approval. • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets. • Good follow-up, planning and time-management skills.
