Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities • Handle end-to-end merchandising for Indian ethnic wear products. • Conduct market research and identify current fashion trends, colours, fabrics, prints and designs. • Develop new products and collections based on market demand and customer requirements. • Coordinate with Fashion Designers, Sampling, Production, Purchase and Vendors. • Prepare and maintain product specifications, costing, samples and production follow-ups. • Ensure products are developed according to required quality, design, costing and delivery timelines. • Monitor competitor products and market trends to identify new opportunities. • Manage sample development and provide feedback for required modifications. • Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for fabric, trims and other materials. • Ensure timely completion of orders and maintain proper merchandising records. • Support the team in developing commercially viable and trend-oriented ethnic wear collections.
