Marks & Spencer Program, Graduation Ceremony, May 13, 2025 in Gurugram,Haryana and April 22,2025 in Vellore, Tamil Nadu.
On May 13, 2025 and April 22,2025, we celebrated a significant milestone of the VOICE Program, supported by Marks & Spencer. The successful completion of the Marks & Spencer,VOICE Training with the Graduation
Ceremony for the participants. This event marked not just the end of months of dedicated training, but
the beginning of new opportunities for the participants of VOICE from 12 garment industries located in
Northern and Southern parts of India.
The ceremony reflect the importance given by brands to the lowest member in their supply chain raising
the prestige of operators, line supervisors, supervisors and welfare officers in the apparel industry. The
Marks & Spencer ethical compliance, and business team, Senior representatives from 12 vendor partner
factories, ATDC Sr. Management team and Trainers along with graduating participants gathered
together to share the spirit of achievement and optimism for the future. The atmosphere buzzed with
heartfelt conversations and constructive feedback from all participating factories.
A key highlight was the inspiring keynote addresses delivered by Marks & Spencer officials. Their insights
on leadership, resilience, and the evolving retail landscape deeply resonated with everyone present,
reinforcing our potential to become future leaders in the industry.
As participants crossed the stage to receive their certificates, they shared personal stories of
transformation and growth—testimonies to the power of training and continuous development.
This graduation ceremony was more than just a celebration; it was a powerful reminder of the hard
work, learning, and meaningful relationships built throughout the journey with the members of apparel
supply chain. ATDC is deeply grateful for the support and opportunities provided by Marks & Spencer
and looks forward to future collaborations.
Every ending marks a new beginning. All participants were grateful for the journey, and excited for
working with full zeal and responsibilities in their respective domains. 42 participants got to take higher
responsibility after training and delighted with the increase in their perks.
